North Texas Municipal Alliance recognizes that a skilled workforce,
with strong leadership and management is essential for those

a variety of skills and competencies which will make them
highly effective in leading their organizations.

local government can access NTMA workshops and training events,
but members of NTMA generally pay a lower registration fee
than non members. Membership in NTMA is available to any local
government at a cost of only $100 per year.
